- 9:00 a.m. - Noon - Inbound Operator Meeting - Onyx 1
- Noon - 1:00 p.m. - Lunch - Onyx 2, Hosted by Greater Zion Convention & Tourism Office
- 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Inbound Operator Meeting - Onyx 1
- 7:00 p.m. Depart for dinner and stargazing. Hosted by Greater Zion Convention & Tourism Office
Thursday, August 21
- 7:30 a.m. - Breakfast - Onyx 2, Hosted by Black Desert Resort
- 8:30 a.m. - Departures - Optional Excursions (lunch will be provided), Hosted by Greater Zion Convention & Tourism Office
- E-biking through Snow Canyon State Park
- Special driving tour and presentation at Snow Canyon State Park
- Discover downtown St. George
- 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Inbound Operator Meeting - Onyx 1
- 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - Closing Reception/Dinner (Casual Cuisine) - 20th Hole, Try your hand at the golf simulators or enjoy the atmosphere at the 20th Hole. Hosted by IITA.

⛳ Black Desert Tee Times: (Limited number) Available Saturday morning (August 23 post-retreat at a reduced rate of $275 per player. Club rentals are $90).
