Bidding is Open!! IITA Summit 2029 and 2027 Operator Retreat/Board Meeting

As a destination marketer, you understand the immense value of hosting tour operators for firsthand experiences. We are excited to offer you the opportunity to host 30+ operator companies (and potentially 40+) for IITA Summit 2029. This event allows you to showcase your local attractions and restaurants during off-site events and sightseeing tours. Furthermore, your state tourism office can leverage this by offering pre- and post-FAM tours to other bookable areas across the state. 

If you want a second chance to host, we are also accepting bids for our August 2027 Operator Retreat and Board of Directors Meeting! We brought this event back last August to incredible success, delivering an impactful planning meeting wrapped in great networking and fun local experiences.

Both RFPs are linked below and contain very detailed information about the format, schedule, and requirements.  It is very important that your bid be inclusive of the hotel proposals.  Please be clear with your hotels that they must submit their bid information to you for inclusion as a complete bid package.  Individual hotel bids received separately will not be considered.

Bids are due no later than August 14.  Please understand that this process is a bit lengthy as it requires careful review and follow-up as well as several site inspections. The recommendation will be presented to the Board of Directors at their fall meeting.  It may be as late as December before the awards are made.
